Parachute’s NTDSW 2017 Community Toolkits now available

National Teen Driver Safety Week (NTDSW) drives public awareness of teen driver safety issues. It encourages community and youth to be part of the solution. NTDSW runs from October 15 to 21, 2017.  This year, our messaging will focus on the issues of drugged, distracted, impaired and aggressive driving (including speeding).

The NTDSW 2017 community toolkit contains all the tools, printed material and swag you need to put on an amazing, educational and inspiring event.

Activities in the Toolkit include:

Parking Lot Chalk Makeovers: This colourful, creative activity has teens decorating their school or community parking lots with road safety messaging.

Positive Ticketing Blitzes: Back by popular demand, communities will partner with police to reward good drivers with “Positive Tickets”: road safety key messages written on a ballot to win prizes.
